Dr. Tracy Johnston

Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Board Certified Coach

Dr. Johnston is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Nationally Certified Counselor, and a Board Certified Coach who has spent her professional career as a private practice psychotherapist who focuses on helping individuals and families gain the communication and conflict resolution skills that they need to achieve personal, parenting and professional success with less conflict, and greater joy.
Dr. Johnston is also Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator, Collaborative Divorce Neutral Facilitator and Qualified Parenting Coordinator who has over 20 years of experience working with families in transition through the negotiation and conflict resolution process.
Dr. Johnston received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Texas A&M at Corpus Christi, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Johnston is also adjunct faculty at Florida State College Jacksonville where she teaches courses in General Psychology, and Human Relations in Business and Industry.
Dr. Johnston also has extensive experience working with private, and not-for-profit organizations in a variety of settings and roles, ranging from individual coaching to organizational training exercises. Her community service work includes serving on the Board of Directors for several local non-profit organizations.
