Edward Taylor

Managing Partner, Taylor, Eldridge & Endres, P.C.

Edward Taylor has served as the managing partner of the law firm of Taylor, Eldridge & Endres, P.C. for the past twenty years. The firm handles all aspects of community association law for over 200 condominium, cooperative apartment and homeowners association communities. The firm of six attorneys advises small businesses and corporations on matters related to formation/dissolution, sale/purchase, and general issues of concern. They also handle real estate transactions, landlord/tenant matters, and commercial and real estate litigation. The firm's philosophy has always been to provide clients with legal representation that is effective, efficient, and which seeks to solve problems by maximizing benefits while minimizing costs. 

 

Mr. Taylor has lectured and written extensively on a variety of topics concerning community association and corporate law, including compliance with governing documents and state/federal statutes, good governance principles, and conflict resolution.

 

Mr. Taylor has been a member of the College of Community Association Lawyers (CCAL) since 2014. He was a founding member and President of the Long Island Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, served as President of the Greater Smithtown Chamber of Commerce, and is the current President of Long Island Adolescent and Family Services, Inc.

 

Mr. Taylor obtained a bachelor’s degree in History from Grinnell College, a master’s degree in Public Policy from the University of Michigan, and a law degree from Touro Law Center.
