Isbell believes that as a mental health clinician, everyone’s mental health is
important and vital at every stage of one’s life. Our emotional, psychological and
social well-being all affect how we act, think and feel. These aspects also help us on how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices for ourselves. By using the strategies, techniques and coping mechanisms offered by Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, Solution Focused Therapies and Mindfulness Practices, we can all reach incredible heights in our life. I help teach, train and coach individuals on how to create step by step goals to reach the transformations they are looking for.
