Raenelle Bacchus

MSW, LCSW, LCADC

Raenelle graduated from Rutgers in 2005 with a BSW (Bachelor of Social Work) and briefly worked supervising foster homes in Northern NJ, before becoming a Care Manager working with youth throughout Hudson County with Hudson CMO. In 2013, Raenelle graduated with a Masters's Degree in Social Work and obtained her LSW (social work license) in 2014. At that point, she started doing mental health and substance use therapy at Hudson County Correctional Center through Integrity House. 


In 2016, Raenelle received her LCSW  and her LCADC  and worked briefly as the director of the Adolescent Substance Use program at Integrity House while launching Your Poss-Abilities, LLC. In 2017 Raenelle left Integrity House to work on Your Poss-Abilities full time. At present Raenelle still holds the role as Owner and Director of Your Poss-Abilities, which provides mental health therapy in the community as well as in their office. Raenelle also directly provides field supervision for up-and-coming therapists.
